I do not suggest ‘one-size-fits-all’ advice following the health trend of the moment. I strongly believe that applying a group solution to an individual problem will not and cannot work. The way forward is personalised lifestyle medicine recommendations (including nutrition), which are approaches about treating the whole person rather than the disease. Recognising the individual needs of people is highly relevant to achieve desired health outcomes and help manage variety of chronic health conditions. Therefore I apply a naturopathic approach to my therapy looking at all the factors involved in influencing health and wellbeing (e.g. diet, absorption of nutrients, stress, physical activity, relationships, work environment) to assess the root cause of presenting symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves, and help you answer the WHY you are experiencing what you are experiencing. Taking a holistic approach to health helps me to ensure all the recommendations are individual and tailored to YOU and YOUR needs based on the most up-to-date research available.

I believe in taking small steps every day and I will never judge you if you are struggling to follow the therapeutic recommendations that I’ve designed to you – we all are humans, but it also doesn’t mean I will not motivate you to do your best, because I know you can! We will try to discover the best way that would work for you, we will find out what motivates you and we will use that to support your journey towards healthier and happier you! I am here to give you the right advice, guidance and emotional support to enable you to make the necessary changes at your own pace to enjoy better health. Having said that, there is always some level of commitment on your part to make the healthy changes that you will need to support your health.
