Nutritional therapy is safe, effective and evidence based approach focusing on finding and addressing the root causes of individual imbalances through the use of personalised nutrition and optimal health practices.

My Mission

My mission here is to clear out the misinformation, simplify the message and provide you with a plan and tools you need to lead a healthier, more balanced life. I am motivated by the desire to educate people to make their own healthy choices. Education is an important aspect of Healthy Happened Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Services and I aim to give my clients a really good understanding of why changes are being suggested. Therefore, I am not here to tell you the rules how this or that should be done. I am here to share my knowledge with you as I strongly believe that this gives clients a greater chance of success and is more likely to be sustained for the long-term.
